Gazu Redux

One thing is sure when you are out to make money by investing in penny stocks and that is that you are in for a wild, hype driven penny stock ride. A good case in point is that of this past week’s GAZU.OB capers. It seemed that every penny stock pundit sending e-mails last week was extolling the fortunes that could be made by investing in GAZU.OB. The stock jumped twenty cents before closing the week back down at .45 a share at close of day on Friday. Check the 52 week chart, I noticed that GAZU.OB bottomed out at.06 once in 2009. Any significant gain on that would create a fortune from this penny stock. It’s all in the timing.

GAZU.OB made the news on it’s own several times during the week as well and that made for an interesting ride.

A suspect “major shareholder” surfaced and challenged the CEO to a showdown at one point alleging that he had not been consulted on major changes in the company’s direction. CEO fired back that there were no grounds for the allegations.

GAZU.OB also announced that it has entered into discussions with several solar energy companies regarding new investment opportunities. Gazoo Energy Group is exploring the potential for extensive growth in advancing technologies capable of maximizing energy production, while utilizing smaller footprints of land. The company also believes it can maximize the land connected with its proposed wind turbine projects by adding solar panel access.

GAZU.OB also announced that Global Development, LLC will assist Gazoo Energy Group in securing a wind turbine manufacturing facility in New Mexico. The project would create approximately 300 jobs in New Mexico. Global Development has extensive experience in working with government agencies and stays abreast of relevant political developments to assist its client

GAZU.OB remains a penny stock to watch.

Gadzooks! Gazu's momentum is building.

In the last day I've seen GAZU jump out at me all over the internet. Is it some conspiracy by all the Penny Stock advisers to push the price up so that they can make yet another killing in the lucrative Penny Stock market, or is there something of real value in GAZU?

I'll be honest, I'm new to investing in Penny Stocks, and you should never move on anything related to investing in Penny Stocks that I write about. The key rule is investigate every stock you plan on invessting in. Perform your due dilgence on GAZU and I think you'll see that this might be the real deal and not just hype by the penny stock marketeers.

GAZU is rapidly beconing a leader in the field of green energy with a paricular emphasis on wind energy. GAZU also invests in other green energy fields and also owns a subsidiary, Only Nature's Finest, which has developed and implemented a process to certify all 'natural' products in the food, nutraceutical, supplement, cosmetic, pets and body care fields!

Gadzooks! The more I read about Gazu, the more I like it.

GAZU is an incubator for green energies and is rapidly becoming a force to be reckoned with in Wind Energy if you are to believe the pundits and current CEO Chip Hackley.
Here’s an interview with Mr.HAckley

Gadzooks, GAZU looks like the real deal! But wait! This just in, from Global News Wire

“SAN DIEGO, Jan. 13, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- George A. Sharp who claims to have a controlling interest in the public company formerly known as Principal Capital Group Inc. and now trading as Gazoo Energy Group, Inc. (OTCBB:GAZU - News), announced today that the purported CEO, Chip Hackley, has been informed by Attorney David J. Harter of Mr. Sharp's intent to retrieve control of the company in a court of law. In his letter, Mr. Harter warned Mr. Hackley that Mr. Sharp never relinquished his control and any stock issuances, board resolutions, or contracts signed by Gazoo or its agents, have been unauthorized and will be reversed by Mr. Sharp.
Mr. Sharp commented, "The changing of the name of the company to Gazoo Energy Group, Inc., changing the company's lines of business, the naming of the officers, and the designation of the Board of Directors have all been done without my authorization as majority shareholder, and I intend to undo all that Mr. Hackley's group has done."
Mr. Hackley has been given the option of purchasing Mr. Sharp's interest in the company if a mutually agreeable conclusion can be negotiated."

So, is GAZU an opportunity to take advantage of in the Penny Stock market? You be the judge, always perform your own due diligence when investing in Penny Stocks. Let me repeat that, before in investing in any penny stock, INVESTIGATE. Don’t take any Penny Stock pundit’s word for the value of the stock. Investigate before investing.

Words of advice on Penny Stocks from an expert

Here's some sage advice on succeeding in penny stocks from James Connely, The Penny Stock Prophet
There is one thing you will absolutely have to learn in order to make a fortune with penny stocks. There is something required of you, and without it I promise you will not be successful.
You must learn to listen your brain, not your emotions!
Let me give you an example:
You decide to buy a particular stock, and within 24 hours, you're up 50%. Great!
Now comes the hard part. You're up 50% and considering selling, but your emotions are telling you "Wait, what if it goes up to 100% tomorrow? If I sell out now, I'll miss out on even more profits!"
You have 2options.
Option #1: Listen to your emotions, hold on to it, and pray it continues to go up.
Option#2: Listen to your brain, call it a win, and sell for a 50% profit.
Which option sounds the best to you? You would not believe how many people pick option #1, and end up losing everything.
I've seen it a thousand times, even from my current members.
Example:
I recommend a stock through my daily alert email, and it goes up by 50% within a few days. Then I make it clear that this is a great win for us and it's time to move on, and what happens?
I get a thousand emails all asking the same thing. "Shouldn't we stay with it to see how far it goes? What if it goes up even more? I'd hate to sell it now, and miss out on even more profits!"
Ugg...
As a penny stock investor, you have to know when to walk away with a profit and be happy with a nice win. This is the biggest problem I see with people trying to make money trading penny stocks.
You'd be amazed at the number of emails I get saying "I sold the stock you recommended at 60% profits, but I noticed it went all the way up to 85% just a few hours later! If only I would have waited!"

Can you believe this mentality? Complaining about a 60% profit? It's crazy!
I've learned to just laugh at these emails. Look, there's always a chance that you could sell out a little earlier than what might be considered 'ideal', but the bottom line is we're going for substantial profits, not substantial losses!

I guarantee that it's much easier for penny stocks to go down after a huge rally, than it is for them to continue climbing up.
At Pennystockprophet we invest with our brains, not with our emotions. Sometimes we'll have stock shoot up 50 - 100%, and other times a 15% or 20% gain is all the stock is good for.
You have to learn when to walk away.
There's nothing wrong with making a nice profit, and leaving a stock early.
The sooner you learn this, the more successful you will be with penny stocks.

Penny Stocks to watch

Are you tired of watching your investments drop and yet, still eager to invest? I've been succesfully trading penny stocks for several years. These low cost, yes some stock shares are actually just pennies, stocks can be EXTREMELY lucrative.

My favorites penny stocks to watch are in the mining and natural resources sectors. Many of these promising penny stocks are traded on the Toronto Board of trade (TSX).

A Penny Stock I'm currently watching is Paramount Gold (PZG) on both the TSX and the AMEX. Paramount owns a 100% interest in the 188,461 hectare (approximately 466,000 acre) San Miguel property in the Palmarejo District of northwest Mexico, making it the largest claim holder in this rapidly emerging precious metals mining camp. Four target styles are now recognized on the San Miguel Property which have evolved out of surface work by Paramount geologists, compilation and interpretation of past drilling by Paramount and previous operators and the first phase target testing just completed.
